This summer, the MTHS and MTSD Enrichment Services (MTSDES) once again offer&nbsp;<strong style=\"color:#ff522f\">Geometry<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong style=\"color:#d4af37 \">Honors Geometry<\/strong>&nbsp;program advancement courses. Additionally, we are excited to introduce the all-new MTHS&nbsp;<strong style=\"color:#7dadff\">Personal Finance &amp; Economics<\/strong>&nbsp;credit acquisition course. Students who complete our summer advancement courses (&gt;&nbsp;80) and earn a grade of&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;80% on the corresponding final exam will complete their respective programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Our Summer Advancement&nbsp;programs offer students the opportunity to work with our MTEA-certified instructors to complete one of our approved courses. Please read the information below carefully if you wish to participate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Students must earn\u00a0>\u00a080% as a final grade in the course\u00a0<strong>and<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a080% on the final exam to meet program requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">As these are 120-hour courses, students\u00a0<strong>may not<\/strong>\u00a0exceed two (2) absences, regardless of their current grade.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The grade earned in MTHS Summer Advancement courses\u00a0<strong>does not\u00a0<\/strong>factor into the MTHS GPA Calculation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">After June 19, 2026, the MTSD cannot issue a refund for any registration cancellations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">MTHS Summer Advancement Courses are driven by our district\u2019s approved curriculum and are led by fully certified, board-approved instructors. Each course carries a tuition fee of $1,850.00, which is due by May 15, 2026.* Seating is limited, and each section will close at 28 students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\ud83e\udde0Eligible Students:&nbsp;<\/strong>Students entering grades 10-12&nbsp;(Summer 2026)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc5Program Dates:&nbsp;<\/strong>June 29 &#8211; August 3, 2026 (No School July 3); &nbsp;\ud83d\udcdd<strong>Final Exam:&nbsp;<\/strong>August 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u23f0Time:&nbsp;<\/strong>8:00 AM &#8211; 1:00 PM; &nbsp;\ud83d\udcc5<strong>Attendance:&nbsp;<\/strong>Max Two (2) Absences&nbsp;(cannot miss final exam)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\ud83c\udf92Fee:&nbsp;<\/strong>$1,850.00&nbsp;(tuition fees cover certified instructional staff, support services, and other program costs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">\ud83d\udcd0&nbsp;<strong style=\"color:#ff522f\">Geometry<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong style=\"color:#d4af37\">Honors Geometry&nbsp;<\/strong>\u270f\ufe0f<strong>(Program Advancement)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Successfully completing this course will enable you to advance to the next course in the MTHS Mathematics Department&#8217;s course sequence.
